Spring 2017 Fundraiser

The Westham Garden Club is excited to give WGC members and neighbors the opportunity to purchase annuals again this year. We anticipate a wonderful opportunity and a lucrative fundraiser for the club.

We will provide begonias, petunias, geraniums, impatiens, lantana, verbena, zinnia, coleus and vinca.

The plants you pre-order and prepay for will be available for pick-up on April 21st from 11:00AM-2:00PM. Pick-up will be a drive-through style arrangement located at the River Road Baptist Church parking lot south of River Road, adjacent to South Ridge Road.

George Miles, owner of the Greenhouse in Glen Allen, will be our supplier once again. We are confident of the quality and beauty of the plants! Here is a little history of The Greenhouse: In 1958, Gilbert and Margaret Miles opened greenhouses by Hollywood Cemetery where they operated for over ten years. They moved their greenhouses to the country on Mountain Road in 1969.

We are looking forward to this exciting win-win opportunity for WGC members and the greater Westham community.  This is a great time of year for enjoying planting and gardening. Please participate by ordering your flowers through WGC and make sure to pass along this opportunity to your friends and neighbors.

The order form can be downloaded here: 2017_WGC_Order_Form. Payment due by APRIL 10, 2017.
